Waking up to the chirping of the birds and the fresh scent of nature. At our campsite near Wijk bij Duurstede, this is the most normal thing in the world. Enjoying nature is therefore central to holiday park De Bonte Vlucht. The cozy camping fields are divided into spots of up to 80 m2. Around the fields are several sanitary buildings with toilets, showers, and sinks. Each camping spot has a 6 amp connection for your electrical devices. Want to experience the charm of camping, but don't have your own camping equipment? If so, a holiday in one of our safari tents provides you with the solution.

Things to do in the area and at the campsite

The central location of the campsite provides you with many opportunities for a nice day out. Take a nice bike ride or hike at the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Fancy some more culture? If so, a visit to the cathedral city of Utrecht is a good idea. With many museums and a cozy city center, a successful day is guaranteed! From our holiday park near Wijk bij Duurstede, the distance to a fun activity is never long. The historic town of Wijk bij Duurstede is less than ten kilometers away.  You won't be bored at the campsite either. Take a dip in the heated outdoor pool or play a game of soccer on the sports field. The children are sure to have fun in one of our playgrounds or at Kids Club Holly which organizes many activities during the school holidays.

🚐 Is it possible to camp using my own caravan at your campsite?

At our campsite, it is certainly possible to stay with your own caravan, camper or tent. The spacious pitches offer enough space for your own camping equipment. You can also check in advance where you want to stay on our map. You can specify this for a fee when booking. 

🏆 Are activities organized at the campsite?

On our campsite, we regularly organize fun activities for young and old. During school holidays, children can visit Kids Club Holly. Here they can participate in various activities such as workshops, arts and crafts, sports and games. In addition, fun bingo and card nights are also organized.
